From both the living room, kitchen and of course both terraces there is nothing less than an impressive and magnificent panorama view over sea and nature. The view simply does not get any better ! Neither in this holiday area nor in general.
With a short distance to the beach or the areas other activities, including the outdoor swimming pool and several playgrounds, the holiday house is extremely family friendly. But the house can certainly also be recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet as well as enriching experiences for the body and soul.
There are a total of five beds divided into an room with a doublebed and a room with three beds, of which one is a bunk bed. A nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.
There are an open access from the practical and functional kitchen to the living room. The large windows in these two rooms provide, besides the stunning sea view of the Little Belt, also plenty of natural light inside.
There is electric heating in all rooms, but the main source of heat is the economically advantageous air-to-air heat pump. In the living room there is also a very good and stable wood-burning stove. Renters are of course also very welcome to bring their own wood / wood briquettes.
The holiday home has flat screen TV with more than 24 Danish and international digital TV programmes, a music system, a DVD player and - not least - free WIFI / Internet access (100/100 Mbit speed - intended for streaming or gaming). in addition, many garden furniture, deck chairs and everything for barbecue.
There are parking options both in the driveway of the holiday house and on the lawn behind.
The holiday house is suitable for residential the ENTIRE year !

From the Holiday house there is only :
* 300 meter to the idyllic and child-friendly sandy beach with a jetty

* 600 meter to the calm beach at the campsite, where there is also a playground and a small cozy marina. At the campsite there is further a small playground as well as a mini-supermarket (open during the summer halfyear).
